We are an independently operated antique furniture restoration shop that has been operating since 1970s from Wilcox Road, SW8, which is located 5 minutes from Vauxhall Bridge, London. Many of our clients are from across the river in Kensington and Chelsea. We repair and restore all antiques.
Our aim as the London Furniture Restorers is to provide the best craftsmanship at a reasonable price so that our clients are satisfied and return again and again.

We repair and restore furniture whether Modern or Antique, but specialise in 17th and 18th century Antique Furniture restoration.
We undertake any wood finish from Traditional French Polishing (including wood simulation, colour balancing) to Spray Lacquering given our own spray booth facility in our shop.
In addition, we specialise in Traditional and Modern upholstery. Thus, as restorers when a furniture piece is brought to our shop, we are able to examine its overall condition, repair and restore the wooden frame before any upholstery can commence. We also “cane", “rush", as well as either recover or design bespoke headboards. Furniture restoreation is our business.
Given our extensive experience in the restoration of antique furniture, upholstery, pine, teak, mahogany and oak furniture, antique chairs, antique tables, wood furniture, contemporary, french furniture, antique tables, antique sofas, victorian,leather dining chairs, reproduction , wood wax wood stains wood repair, asian antiques and basically all wooden and modern furniture along with the above we (The London Antique Restorers) specialise in victorian antique, antique tables, reproduction furniture, antique reproduction and chinese furniture .
On request we can design unique, bespoke pieces of furniture that our clients want designed and made specifically for them.
We give free local estimates and we offer written Insurance quotes for a nominal redeemable fee. We also offer a collection and delivery service at a nominal price.
